Laneway Construction Schedule and Closure Notice

Hello everyone, We received this important email from the City on Wednesday August 20th:

Hello,

Please see the upcoming laneway construction schedule below:

  • August 28, 2026:

    • Adjustment of all assets within the laneway and final grading.

  • August 31 to September 4, 2026:

    • Paving, weather permitting. During this period, the crew will also complete daylighting work in the Stirling Laneway.

  • September 8 to September 11, 2026:

    • Shouldering and site cleanup.

  • The laneway will be fully closed until September 11, 2026.

Upon completion of the shouldering work, the barriers and temporary parking measures on Miller Road will be removed.

The crew will then move directly to the Stirling Laneway.
