  • Financials

  • Investment management

  • HR Issue including Volunteers

  • Board Development (orientation manual)

  • Board Meeting/AGM

  • Society Registration/bylaws and constitution

  • Insurance

  • City Operating Agreement

  • Maintaining Google  Docs

  • Reporting

    • Keep written records of the meetings and activities of the Committee

    • One of the Co-Chairperson will report on Committee activities and the status of the action plans to the Board of Directors.
