  • Human Resources Initiatives

  • Community Relations

    • Representing the Association internally to Sea Island Residents

    • Representing the Association externally to Sea Island stakeholders and “big neighbours“ like the City of Richmond, YVR, MetroVancouver, etc.

  • Documentation

    • Board Meeting & AGM Preparation

    • Society Registration/bylaws and constitution

    • City Operating Agreement

    • Insurance

  • Reporting

    • Maintain written records of the meetings and activities of the Committee

    • One of the Co-Chairpersons will report on Committee activities and the status of action plans to the Board of Directors.
