Hallowe’en - Resident Traffic Only

October 31 4:00-9:00pm

On Hallowe’en, Burkeville access will be limited to resident traffic only to ensure safety of the VERY LARGE number of Trick-or-Treaters who come to the community. Traffic control personnel will be on site and redirecting non-resident traffic out of the community.

Park for Free at BCIT

Visitors are asked to park for free at BCIT Aerospace Campus (generously donated by YVR).

Walking Path

Once parked, please follow the brightly lit walking path (follow YELLOW arrows) next to the Sea Island Fire Station which will take you safely, directly into the heart of Burkeville.

Map showing a walking path marked in green dashed line and a route marked in red around Richmond Fire Hall and British Columbia Institute of Technology, with signs indicating free parking and a walking path through the area.

Fireworks

Join us at 8:15pm at Burkeville Park for Fireworks.

Did you know?

Our neighbours invest countless hours and hundreds of their own dollars each year to make Burkeville Hallowe’en unforgettable — from stunning decorations to tasty treats for every trick-or-treater.

Our Association adds the grand finale: a 12-minute professional fireworks show (approved by YVR and the Fire Department). This year’s display costs nearly $5,000.
