Hello everyone,

We received this important email from the City on Friday, August 14th:

Good morning Burkeville residents,

As we are nearing the completion of the utility installs in the alley we are required to do a pressure test on the newly installed sanitary main. This test requires us to isolate the sanitary main and plug off each connection from every house for a short period. We ask that you please do not use water from any source in your home including please do not flush toilets, shower, do laundry, dishes, or use your taps. This test will be done on TUESDAY AUGUST 18th from the hours of 9am to 1pm. We are starting the test late so you can go through your normal morning routines and will be finished so you can return to normal for the evening.

We understand the inconvenience so thank you for your patience.
